by commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agree to my terms of service

GENERAL
· i reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
· i reserve the right to deny refunds and refuse service if i am mistreated, or harassed, by the client with malicious intent.
· i have aphantasia, meaning i can't visualize images clearly in my head so i'd appreciate if you commission me with an idea ready.
· while i can draw heavy suggestive themes, i do not sell that kind of content to minors. i may require verification before i accept the commission.PAYMENTS
· mode of payment can be done through paypal, gcash, vgen, or kofi only. i don't have cashapp, but it is still possible to commission me using kofi.
· payment can be done upfront or 50/50 to avoid scams for both parties. i can provide reviews from past clients to provide my credibility.
· i only accept payment before i start the sketch stage, whether it's upfront or 50/50.
· if payment is not made within 48 hours, the commission is automatically cancelled.
· strictly no refunds.REVISIONS
· adjustments are free of charge such as minor changes and touch ups. i may charge money for any major change once i enter the rendering stage.ADD ONS
· add ons such as background and effects would cost $5 or more depending on how detailed they should be.
· full illustration would include an additional $10 from the base price.
· 60% of the base price for each additional character.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
· the waiting time may vary depending on the complexity of the character’s design.
· i typically work less than a week for rendered artworks, any delay will be communicated.USE
· i do NOT allow my art to be used for ai technology, and/or nft.
· i allow use of my commissioned work by the client/s for personal use only, including (but not limited to) icons, profile displays, wallpapers, etc. — any other use will require commerical fee.
· my artwork may also be printed for personal, non-profit uses.
· proper credit for any uses of my work is mandatory.
· commercial use will cost +100% of its base price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
· i retain all rights to my work for self-promotion, portfolio use and examples, unless requested otherwise. i do not charge privacy fee.
· watermark must remain in my works all the time.
